We are very excited to announce that we’ve awarded our Community Partnership Award to Pacific Power and Ecomodus, LLC. This award recognizes their incredible work in helping us provide essential services to people experiencing homelessness in the Yakima Valley.
Pacific Power and Ecomodus, LLC have been amazing supporters through their WattSmart program. They installed energy-efficient LED lights throughout our facility, which has helped us save a lot of money on our energy bills. These savings mean we can do even more to help our clients with things like shelter, meals, and recovery programs.
“We’re so thankful for our partnership with Pacific Power and Ecomodus,” said Marty Davis, Senior Director of Operations at YUGM.
The new LED lights have also made our facility safer and more welcoming for our clients.
“We’re happy to support local organizations like YUGM that are making a positive impact on their communities,” said Toni McLavey, regional business manager of Pacific Power.
“Our ongoing collaboration is based on our commitment to strengthening our communities, fostering growth, and ensuring that essential services continue to thrive.”
“We look for opportunities to empower organizations that serve vulnerable people,” added McLavey. “Supporting these groups aligns with our mission to strengthen the communities we serve. We build on the strength of our communities and help energize local organizations through customer programs, grants, corporate sponsorships, and volunteering.”
“Their dedication to our mission and their generous support have made a huge difference in the lives of the people we serve.”
