Temporary Housing & Emergency Services For The Homeless

When someone comes to Yakima Union Gospel Mission their first stop is Emergency Services to meet their immediate physical needs. Guests can sign up for beds, eat three meals a day, take showers, get haircuts, pick out fresh clothes, and receive medical care. Counseling from our staff is also available to discuss options regarding our recovery programs or other service providers in the area.

What are the Check-in Times?

7 days a week

11am – 12pm

4pm-5:30pm daily

 

 

 

 

 

What do I need?

A form of ID 

*Guests without ID can be allowed a 3 day grace period to work with Adult Shelter Case Managers to find and acceptable form of ID






What are the rules?

  • No violence against people or stuff
  • No possession or use of drugs/alcohol on YUGM property
  • No criminal activity on YUGM property 
  • No failure to comply with a reasonable staff request
  • Any person whose behavior threatens the safety of others will be barred from all YUGM services.
